HOMES FOR SALE at Eagle Point 55+ resident owned community. The homes that are listed for sale are sold by the owner(s); phone numbers listed.  We update this list on Thursday mornings.  If you wish to list your home, you are required to notify the Board of Directors that you are selling your Unit and give the office a 40-word description to list your unit on the website by 3pm on Wednesday each week.
BUYERS-Please contact the phone number on the listing that you are interested in. If you make an offer and it is accepted, a background check with a cost of $150 is the first step in becoming a resident at Eagle Point Homeowners, Inc.  After the background check has been approved, you need to schedule an appointment for orientation with the office 941-639-4219 or email [email protected]. You will receive a Disclosure Summary from the seller and at your orientation appointment you will purchase your shares (minimum 5 shares-$5000) before the transfer of the sale to become a member of the corporation.  This is required to be a resident at Eagle Point Homeowners, Inc.  Please read the bylaws and Rules & Regulations before your orientation.
